With roots in Iowa’s farming communities, Kathy’s journey to law was personal. After stepping away during the 1980s farm crisis to help secure her family’s legacy and raise her children, she returned to law school two decades later, graduating with highest honors. This unique perspective fuels her practical, grounded approach to navigating the complexities of real estate and renewable energy projects for her clients.
